Crack Repair
Asphalt crack repair with hot rubberized sealant
A crack is an open door for water. Sealed early, it costs very little. Ignored for two winters, it becomes a pothole and a base failure.
Method
Clean, rout, heat, seal
We clean and dry each crack, widen it where needed so the sealant has something to grip, then fill it with hot rubberized sealant that stays flexible through expansion and contraction. Cold patch out of a bag does not do this.
For larger networks of cracking we will tell you honestly when sealing is no longer the right answer and an overlay or replacement makes more sense.
